After studying a Diploma in Animal Technology, he gained years of valuable experience in pre-clinical medical research, working on projects related to cancer pharmaceuticals and diabetes transplant technologies.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Eventually, Leigh felt a desire to return to his roots in the countryside, where he discovered an unexpected opportunity in the pig industry.
