Julie is a farm manager and cattle breeder based near Jugiong, with a background in Case Management and Allied Health.\u00a0 After filling the role of Local Landcare Coordinator for Harden Murrumburrah Landcare Group since 2021, Julie has now joined the Murrumbidgee Landcare team.<\/p>\n

Julie has completed courses in Holistic Farm Management, Low Stress Stock Handling, and Farm Landscape planning, and works closely with the farming community to plan and complete projects related to sustainable farming, revegetation, grazing management, agricultural technology, soil health, carbon sequestration, salinity management, biodiversity, and other landscape and natural resource issues. Julie coordinates a Ladies on the Land group based at Harden which attracts women from around the district associated with farms, and also has a strong interest in the health and well-being of farmers and providing opportunities for networking around Landcare issues.<\/p>\n

Julie is the Bidgee Hill Tops Local Landcare Coordinator and is based in Harden.<\/p>\n

Julie works part-time Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.<\/p>\n
