Junior Landcare has created a number of educational resources to encourage young people to participate in Landcare activities and build a closer connection with the land. These teaching resources are all aligned to support the Australian Curriculum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
More information is available on the Junior Landcare website<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n These guides are designed to provide teachers and students with an understanding of how to undertake Junior Landcare projects in and around the school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The \u2018How To Guides\u2019 were produced in collaboration with the Primary Industries Education Foundation, through funding from the Australian Government\u2019s National Landcare Programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n The curriculum resources are designed to integrate environmental lessons inside and outside of the classroom at a primary school level. They comprise engaging and easy-to-understand teaching and learning sequences, and can be used by schools new to Landcaring and those who are already green thumbs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Curriculum Resources were produced and designed to support the Australian Curriculum.
