It\u2019s an opportunity to learn new skills to strengthen your own farm business, connect with the origins of your food and clothing, celebrate the contributions of women across diverse industries, and foster appreciation for the people and processes behind what we eat and wear.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Day One: Immersive experiences and inspiring stories<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The first day is all about connection and storytelling. It will begin with a behind-the-scenes tour of Southern Cotton, one of the Riverina\u2019s most advanced\u00a0ginning\u00a0facilities. This guided experience offers a fascinating look at how raw cotton is transformed into the\u00a0fibre\u00a0that becomes everyday clothing.<\/p>\n<p>In the afternoon, settle in for a\u00a0dynamic panel discussion\u00a0featuring three remarkable women shaping the future of agriculture:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kate O\u2019Callaghan, General Manager &#8211; Grower and Business Services, Southern Cotton &amp; Whitton Malt House<\/li>\n<li>Jenna Bell,\u00a0Cotton Grower &amp; CEO, Murrumbidgee Private Irrigators In<\/li>\n<li>Daisy\u00a0Toscan,\u00a0Irrigated Cropping &amp; Almond Production Manager,\u00a0Cavaso\u00a0Farming<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Together,\u00a0they\u2019ll\u00a0explore themes of\u00a0innovation, sustainability, and leadership\u00a0in food and\u00a0fibre\u00a0industries. Following the discussion, the spotlight shifts to style with the\u00a0Farm to Fashion Show, where garments crafted from locally grown cotton and regional fibres will take the runway &#8211; bringing the paddock-to-runway story to life.<\/p>\n<p>As evening falls, indulge in the Paddock to Plate Dinner, a three-course celebration of locally sourced produce. While you\u00a0savour\u00a0the\u00a0flavours\u00a0of the Riverina, hear from Isabella Thrupp, 2025\u00a0AgriFutures\u00a0Rural Women\u2019s Award Runner-Up, as she shares her inspiring journey from Kimberley cattle stations to fashion entrepreneurship.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Day Two: Wellness and practical skills<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Start the second day with a gentle yoga session\u00a0led by Em Armstrong\u00a0of Saltbush Stretch. Designed for rural women, this session blends movement and mindfulness to leave you feeling refreshed and ready for the day ahead.<\/p>\n<p>Then dive into an AgriBusiness\u00a0workshop\u00a0with Carmen Quade\u00a0from AgriFocused. The workshop will focus on three practical areas designed to make farm business management more efficient and professional. Participants will learn\u00a0time management strategies\u00a0to streamline tasks and reclaim valuable hours, explore how to\u00a0present their farm business confidently\u00a0to banks and stakeholders, and gain tips for\u00a0mastering email communication\u00a0to reduce inbox overload and improve productivity.
