About
The Coolamon Landcare Group is a volunteer‑run community group working to protect and restore the natural landscapes of the Coolamon Shire. We support local people to protect habitat, conserve endemic species, and strengthen the resilience of our region.
We support community‑driven conservation across Coolamon, including:
connecting people with the landscapes they live in
restoring native vegetation
supporting threatened and declining species
improving habitat for local wildlife
community education and hands‑on learning
Events include:
Fundraising raffles.
Social walks through Kindra Forest are held throughout the year.
Meetings
The group meets bimonthly on the 2nd Wednesday of the month (starting in Feb each year)
Meetings are held from 7pm at the Anglican Church Hall, Coolamon
AGM is held in October
