Murrumbidgee Landcare is working on a new project to restore and enhance Wollundry and Flowerdale Lagoons in Wagga. As part of this work, we’ll be carrying out flora and fauna surveys, removing weeds, planting native species, and installing new habitat structures to support local wildlife.
We’d love to better understand how local community feels about these Lagoons, and any connection or stories you may have about them. We’ve put together a short survey where you can choose to answer questions about Wollundry, Flowerdale or both lagoons. Click here to take the survey.
Your input will be incredibly valuable in guiding our work. It only takes around 10 minutes, and you’ll also have the option to nominate to be involved in future community activities as part of the project! Please feel free to share this survey with anyone you think would like to contribute.
Survey will close 31 August 2026.
This project is funded by the Australian Government’s Natural Heritage Trust under the Urban Rivers and Catchments Program.
