Vivien Thomson (AFSM FARLF) lives at Muttama on the family farm where she runs the business, which manages four commodities. She began her working life as a Horticulturalist and then a Conservation Ranger. She has held numerous board positions including Australian Women in Agriculture the National Rural Women’s Coalition, CWA and Southern Ranges Advisory Committee.
Vivien runs an Executive Coaching business specialising in Emergency Management and Leadership and develops specialised training. She holds qualifications in Horticulture, Agriculture, Emergency Management and Applied Science and completed the Australian Rural Leadership Program in 2012.
Vivien’s passion is working with rural people one on one to build their leadership capacity to ensure a vibrant community for the future.
