Fixed price offers (NSW Biodiversity Conservation Trust)

NSW landholders in priority areas are invited to apply to earn a fixed price, per hectare, each year for managing conservation areas on your property. Eligible sites should contain either: a minimum 20 ha of a Threatened Ecological Community, or an important wetland, or 50 ha / 500 ha (in central / western NSW) of native vegetation.

Grants of up to $5,000 are available for 12-month projects that address the relief of social or environmental disadvantage or inequality through locally led action. Projects should align with the program themes and objectives including: Environmental and ecological restoration and regenerative initiatives, Programs for communities made vulnerable through disasters, Well-being programs, Community events, Training programs, and Workshops.
Small Environmental Grant Scheme (Wettenhall Trust)

Grants of up to $10,000 are available to support projects that will make a positive difference to the natural living environment, in land, sea or air, rural or urban. Projects should be focused on flora & fauna conservation or threatened mammal conservation, and should involve: monitoring, recording & sharing data; delivering community education; community capacity building; or research & science.
Community-led Climate Solutions grants (Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal)
Grants of up to $20,000 are available to support not-for-profit organisations to drive local climate solutions that reduce emissions through education, engagement and action on: Clean energy, circular economies, de-carbonisation, sustainable agriculture & food systems, biodiverse ecosystems, or just transitions.
NAB Foundation Community grants (NAB Foundation)

Grants of up to $25,000 are available for 12-month local projects to help communities withstand and recover from natural disasters. Projects should relate to one of the categories: Training & planning, Community recovery, Environment & wildlife, or Equipment & infrastructure.
Strengthening Rural Communities grants (Foundation for Rural & Regional Renewal)

Grants are available for a broad range of grassroots initiatives that benefit local communities. Under the ‘Small & Vital’ stream, grants of up to $10,000 are available for communities with fewer than 15,000 people, to complete 12-month projects that benefit local communities. Under the ‘Prepare & Recover’ stream, grants of up to $25,000 are available for communities to implement initiatives that prepare for future climate related impacts, or recover from existing disasters.
Teslstra’s Connected Communities program (Telstra & Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal)

Grants up to $10,000 are available for not-for-profit community organisations to provide access to information, technology, education and facilities to support their communities to embrace new technologies and ways of working to build social capital and digital capability. The program seeks to foster: Liveable communities that have digital capability; Sustainable communities; and Resilient communities.
Essential grants (Essential Energy)

Grants of $500 to $15,000 are available for projects that align with one or both of the focus areas: Sustainability & climate adaptation; or Energy transition. Projects must be completed within 6 months of funding.
Mazda Foundation grants (Mazda Foundation)

Applications for funding may be made for projects focused on the Foundation’s priority areas of focus, which include: Strengthening and building resilience in primary producer communities. Organisations should complete the online EOI, and if selected may be asked to submit a more detailed application.
Aboriginal Affairs NSW Cultural Grants Program (NSW Government)

This program supports Aboriginal community groups, organisations and businesses to run cultural workshops, festivals, gatherings or other activities that strengthen, protect and maintain traditional and contemporary expressions of Aboriginal culture. Funding ranges from $1,000 to $20,000, and all projects must be completed by the end of 2026.
Local Legends grants (Tasmanian Bakeries – National Pies)

Registered Australian community groups and not-for-profit organisations are invited to apply for a grant of $1,000 to put towards an activity or resource. A grant will be awarded each month until March 2026, with an additional $10,000 grant awarded at the end of the program.
Community grants program (Pace Farm)

Grants of up to $5,000 are available to empower organisations to deliver real, tangible benefits to their communities, building facilities and services to improve the lives of local people. Projects must be completed within 12 months.
Inland Rail Sponsorships (Inland Rail)

Community groups are invited to submit applications to fund an activity, event or project that will benefit your local community. Funding of between $1,000 and $4,000 is available for individuals and organisations in regional areas along the Inland Rail route that contribute to local and regional prosperity, well-being and sustainability. Projects have 12 months for completion.
Macmahon grants (Macmahon Foundation)

Wild Country grants (Wild Country Environmental Fund)

Grants of between $1,000 and $5,000 are available for projects that support the protection of the wild places, flora and fauna of Australia. Organisations must have Deductible Gift Recipient status. Funding may be used in areas including core work, research, care of Country, education, species protection or direct action.
