What is possible when land managers connect and make positive plans for dry times?
This workshop will cover:
- Planning ahead: Knowing how much grass you have & how long will it last
- Decision-making processes: Making timely decisions about adjusting livestock numbers
- Managing to allow the increase of natural capital: Tapping into the past and using our experience
- Taking care of ourselves and others: Strategies to help stay positive, asking for help
Lunch and morning tea will be provided. Please bring a chair and water bottle, and wear a hat and enclosed shoes.
