Experience a morning of biodiversity discovery with Eastern Riverina Landcare Group at Tootool Wetlands, a 20-hectare reserve celebrated for its vibrant wildlife. This free, hands-on event welcomes families, nature lovers, and anyone eager to connect with Riverina’s natural treasures.
What’s On
Visit stations around the lagoon:

Discover how to use iNaturalist with friendly help from volunteers.

Meet bird experts and spot woodland and wetland species.

Listen for frog calls, meet real lizards, and chat with specialists about local frogs, lizards, and turtles.
Essentials

All ages welcome; wear weather-appropriate clothes and bring water and a hat.
