Do you know the cultural heritage on your property?
Murrumbidgee Landcare Inc, Muttama Creek Landcare and the Biodiversity Conservation Trust came together with local First Nations people and farmers in Coolac for an insightful Caring for Country afternoon.
The workshop was led by local Wiradjuri man Peter Beath, alongside Aunty Sonni, farmer John Harpley, Nioka Dupond from Murrumbidgee Landcare and Mason Crane from the Biodiversity Conservation Trust.
The group explored traditional land management and the significance of cultural sites. The day focused on understanding how to care for and protect the cultural heritage found on our properties.
Thank you to our incredible speakers and everyone who made the day a success!
