Tanya has been working as an Executive Officer for Yanco Creek and Tributaries Advisory Council (YACTAC) since 2016. Most of her working days are spent advocating for landholders and the environment within the YACTAC footprint, which is from Narrandera to Moulamein. So being involved on the committee of MLi seemed a good fit.
Tanya holds a Bachelor of Vocational Education, Diplomas in both Business and Management, and a Certificate in Foundations of Directorship from the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Tanya volunteered to take on the role of Treasurer and held this position for 6 years. She is now the Public Officer for MLi.
Tanya feels being involved in Murrumbidgee Landcare will further develop her interests in caring for the environment in which we choose to live.
